Hello All! It is Monday yet again. Boy how the time does fly.
I did manage to get in some much needed R&R this weekend, even with it being Janet’s birthday on Friday, and Mitch and my Anniversary of our First Date, on Sunday. We enjoy just doing a special date night on that day every year; I think it is sweet to remember the night that brought us together. This year we had lunch in San Juan Batista, wondered in and around all the historical buildings and did some minor antique shopping prior to coming home. For dinner we had a lovely homemade dinner for two and popped a couple of our best reserve wines to celebrate the occasion.
But as it is back to Monday, I am back to my weekday schedule, which meant I was up on the stationary bike at the crack of dawn this morning, and am currently at work. But I will need to be getting organized this evening, as I need to do lots of shopping this week. First, I need to draft up the menus for the next couple of weeks and have that list ready for our shopping. Then there is Thanksgiving dinner’s menu, and that shopping. Hopefully with the size of the shopping detail I will be able to plan a shopping date night with Mitch, I could definitely use his help, company and strength for loading and unloading a larger than normal load. So tonight will be coupon clipping and cookbook perusing… don’t you wish you were me, lol!

1. I get my hair cut tomorrow!!!
I know, this may seem minor to you guys, but as I have been super fixed on family, the launch of this site/blog/facebook/twitter, work, etc. I have managed to go for WAY to long without attending to my locks.
I try to spend a little time on me daily, I hear it is very important to do that, but I am only human… and have obviously missed a couple of quick hair appointments.
2. The sites are all done and UP!!!!
I am sure I will still be tweaking things for some time to come… but as of now… they are all up and running and we are getting quite some followers on twitter!!! Woohoo!!!
